Tour Itinerary

Day One   We fly to Winnipeg today.  This cosmopolitan city has it all—modern architecture, historic buildings, fascinating museums and a magnificent capital.  We will explore this city taking in all the sights.

Day Two  More Winnipeg including a tour of the new amazing Peace Museum.  This architectural masterpiece houses exhibits that will leave you thinking and pondering our role in the world.

Day Three  We fly to Churchill today.  This small town in the middle of the tundra is wildlife central.  Our main objective is the thousands of Beluga Whales that migrate here during a 2 month period in the summer.  These white singing whales will leave you speechless.  Upon arriving, we will tour the city including the polar bear jail, the Parks Canada Visitors Center and the unique town layout.

Day Four This is our first day with the Belugas.  We will take a small boat out into the midst of the thousands of whales that are quite near shore.  You could almost touch them—but don’t because it’s illegal.  Unbelievable bucket-list-worthy experience.

Day Five  We head out on our boat to meet with the whales again this morning and learn more about these amazing creatures. This afternoon we take to the land and engage with other mammals—sled dogs!  Afterwards we have a visit to the Prince of Wales Fort.

Day Six  We take a tundra buggy out today to look for land-based animals in the area.  We will be on the look out for  polar bear, arctic fox, arctic hare and a myriad of blooming plants that will blow your mind. We fly back to Winnipeg tonight.

Day Seven We head home today after one of the most incredible wildlife experiences ever.  Belugas, polar bear, arctic fox and hare.  This is an arctic adventure to top all arctic adventures.
